FIREARMS TRANSFER

We are a full service FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) dealer. If you order a firearm on another website or store, you can have it shipped to us and we'll take care of the paperwork. There's a state mandatory $37.19 registration fee (DROS) and as well as a mandatory $19 background check required by the state. California tax must also be paid on the purchase amount for the firearm (7.75%).

INTRAFAMILIAL TRANSFERS

Sales conducted between unlicensed individuals are called Private Party Transfers. PPT's must be brokered through licensed dealers. Both parties must be present at the time of the sale. The purchaser bears the cost of the transaction ($37.19) and must meet all of the qualifications as outlined above. AMMO TRANSFERS

Ammo Transfer fees are only applicable for transferred in Ammunition purchases from other vendors. These fees are not for Ammunition we stock & sell. For pricing & availability on ammunition that Newscums Armory sells or for any questions regarding Ammunition transfers please contact us.

AMMO TRANSFERRED IN FROM OUTSIDE VENDOR(S)
IN-OFFICE FACE TO FACE PRIVATE PARTY AMMO TRANSFERS

All transferred in order must be collected within 5 business days (Tue-Sat). We will charge a $10.00 per day/per individual box of ammunition storage fee starting on the 6th day. Any orders not picked up by the 15th day will be considered abandoned to cover any storage expenses.All transferred in orders must come with an ORIGINAL vendor invoice.Contact us for a rate card and full disclosure details.BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

SINGLE SHOT EXEMPTIONS

Certain off-roster handguns can still be legally purchased by non exempt dependent upon the manufacturers specific guidelines. single shot exemptions can be made for specific firearms and manufacturers with our two biggest sellers listed below.
